Typically our sunfish, of which the large mouth bass is only one species, wake up a bit later than the rest of the Western Cape. Maybe it's because of our cool climate (which is one of the magic ingredients of the areas cool climate wines) but this year the bass seem to be asleep a bit later... is it the late rain or preciding cool weather or is it...
